Appointment, No-Show & Late Policy

At DermaLook Aesthetics, we value every client and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients:

  • Rescheduling or Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. No exceptions.

  • Late Arrivals:

    • Arriving 10 minutes late: your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other clients.

    • Arriving 15 minutes late or more: the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

We kindly ask clients to arrive on time or 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Thank you for respecting the time of our team and fellow clients.

No Refunds Policy – Services & Products

At DermaLook Aesthetics, client safety and hygiene are our top priorities. For this reason:

  • All treatments and services are non-refundable

  • Skincare products cannot be refunded

  • Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, if in original condition.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy ensures the health, safety, and well-being of all clients

Packages & Memberships:

  • Prepaid packages/memberships: non-refundable,

  • Packages valid for 6 months ( package of 3 sessions), valid for for 12 months (package more than 3 sessions)from purchase

Gift Cards:

  • Final sale, non-refundable, non-cashable

3. Terms & Conditions
  • All clients must complete consultation and consent forms before treatment

  • Prices, services, and promotions may change without notice

  • Service may be refused for medical, ethical, or safety reasons

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling

Medical Disclaimer:

  • Treatments are for cosmetic enhancement and skin health, not medical diagnosis/treatment

  • Results vary by skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare

  • Dermalook does not guarantee results as everyone is different and therefore different results

4. Booking & Deposit Policy
  • Non-refundable deposits secure appointments

  • Deposits credited toward total treatment cost

  • Deposits transferable once with 48-hour notice

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened or canceled sessions

5. Treatment & Consent Policy
  • All clients must complete a consultation and consent form

  • Treatments not performed if contraindications present

  • Clients must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or medications

  • Patch tests may be required

  • Pre- and post-care instructions must be followed for best results

6. Health & Safety Policy
  • Equipment and tools disinfected between clients

  • Single-use items utilized wherever possible

  • Staff wear gloves and protective gear

  • Treatment rooms sanitized and ventilated regularly

  • Clients with illness or symptoms may be asked to reschedule

7. Promotions & Loyalty Policy
  • Promotions, discounts, and loyalty rewards cannot be combined unless specified

  • Referral rewards issued after new client completes first service

  • Birthday gifts and loyalty perks require 3–4 treatments per year

  • Offers may change seasonally and have no cash value

8. Limitation of Liability

DermaLook Aesthetics is not liable for:

  • Adverse reactions from not following pre/post-care instructions

  • Unknown allergies

  • Undisclosed medical conditions or allergies

  • Use of non-recommended products post-treatment

All procedures follow best practice and safety standards.
