Microneedling

Indications:

Microneedling is ideal for improving the appearance of:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Acne scars and enlarged pores

  • Uneven texture and skin tone

  • Hyperpigmentation and sun damage

  • Stretch marks and mild laxity

  • Overall dullness and loss of glow

Contraindications:

Microneedling is not recommended for clients who:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have active acne, infection, or open wounds in the treatment area

  • Are using Accutane (within the last 6 months)

  • Have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring

  • Have eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area

  • Have undergone recent laser or chemical peel treatments (within 2 weeks)

  • Have certain medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding disorders)

A full consultation is required prior to treatment to ensure suitability and safety.

Treatment Schedule:

  • Recommended as a series of 3–6 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart for best results.

  • Maintenance sessions may be performed every 3–6 months to sustain collagen stimulation and skin improvement.

Results:

You’ll notice smoother, brighter, and more even skin within a few days. Collagen remodeling continues for several weeks, with visible long-term improvement in texture and firmness after multiple sessions.

Results vary from person to person.

Home Care & Aftercare:

  • Avoid makeup, heavy sweating, and active skincare products (retinol, acids, vitamin C) for 48–72 hours post-treatment.

  • Keep the skin hydrated with a gentle, soothing moisturizer or hyaluronic acid serum.

  • Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and exfoliating for at least 5–7 days.

Our aesthetician will recommend post-treatment skincare products to support healing and maximize your glow.
